Former managing director and founder of Recruit Shop, Saxon Marsden-Huggins, has launched a new sales tool for recruiters, after identifying an opportunity for recruitment businesses to have “better access to job market data”.
ROVER aggregates comprehensive job market data, he tells Shortlist, compiling “every job on every website in Australia and New Zealand into one database”, including job boards and company career pages.
It then delivers that data via a front-end user app or exported through APIs and platform integrations, including a recent integration with Bullhorn.
As well as being used by individual recruiters to improve their processes, Marsden-Huggins says the tool can be used at a management level, “where an organisation could report on macro trends and insights across the entire Australian job market, to identify peaks and troughs and opportunities, and determine business strategy”.
Offering solutions for individual recruiters as well as enterprise clients, current agency users include Randstad and Robert Half.
